– To direct & manage all aspect of business operations of the Division in line with the Company’s strategy in order to achieve the team’s targeted business objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, (OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
1. Develop and implement business plan/sales strategy in line with the Company’s strategy
2. Set up and allocate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to all team member; Integrate global/regional resources to achieve sales target and enhance client satisfaction
3. Ensure efficient and effective internal communications in term of the company’s strategy, Division’s KPIs to all team member
4. Be pro-active in finding new corporate prospects and cooperate with Manager to provide services to potential clients
5. Follow up with potential clients after meeting and close deal (include but not limit to communicate with clients, participate in meetings, deliver presentation /recommendations, review reports…)
6. Provide consultation and services to the new clients (for special cases that can not be solved by subordinates) with distinctive solutions and in an efficient and professional manner during the first year until they become Company’s permanent clients
7. Coordinate with Servicing Team to handle/transfer the above achieved accounts properly in order to ensure non-interrupt and consistent service quality to the clients.
8. Maintain client top management relationship with major accounts
9. Coach/mentor & deliver on -job -training programs to new hires and existing subordinates
10. Be in charge of approving final results of mid-year/end-year staff performance appraisal
11. Develop and maintain a good working environment
12. Build up and sustain a strong & active Team
13. Manage the department affairs
14. Other ad-hoc projects
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
• University Degree with related Insurance qualifications.
• More than 7 years experience in management of Sales/business development in a broker firm or in non-life insurance company and/or related fields.
• Strong management with strategic mind.
• English language skills.
• Result oriented.
• Communication & negotiation.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Influencing skills.
